Delivery & Returns
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses under the following terms:
All orders are sent using 1st Class Royal Mail delivery service which aims to deliver on the next working day. UK orders should take no more than 2 working days to reach their delivery destination. P & P for orders under £30 is charged at £3.95. FREE delivery for Postage & Packaging for orders over £30 sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Order are usually despatched within 2 working days.
For next day delivery please choose the Special Delivery Option. The charge is currently £11 for P & P sent via Special Delivery and is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day.
For delivery to non-mainland UK addresses or countries outside the UK please email us for a price before placing your order.
What if I haven't received my delivery?
Please check that your local sorting office is not holding anything for you before you contact us. Please do not contact us until after 15 working days has passed from the shipping date. This is in accordance to the Royal Mail policy that an item is not lost in the post until this period is up. Only after 15 working days from the shipping date can any action be taken against an order.
We are 99% sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery.
To do so you must notify us in writing within 7 working days after you have received your product(s). You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the product(s) to us on request or we will collect the products from you but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition.
the product(s) delivered is not what you ordered or is not as described;
the product(s) delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or
the product(s) is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified us, in writing, of this purpose before purchase, and we have not informed you that the product(s) is not fit for that purpose
we will, at your request, deliver to you a replacement product(s) or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the product(s).
For you own peace of mind we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.
