The set includes ....
Bergamot Essential oil is well known for it's mood enhancing properties. It has a wonderful uplifting soft citrus/floral scent. It can be used in an oil burner or diffuser or just pop a drop or two on a tissue and inhale.
De-Stress Aroma pulse point roll on - This aroma pulse point roll on is great to carry with you in your pocket or bag. It contains Ylang Ylang, a lovely oil to stimulate your relaxation response. I like to think of it as aromatherapy's rescue remedy, it's very good at dealing with panic or anxiety by encouraging deep breathing and slowing a fast heartbeat. It is accompanied by uplifting Bergamot.
Rejuvenate Facial Oil 5ml - is a lovely light facial oil containing wonderfully balancing Rose Geranium, balancing for mind, body and skin and calming & rejuvenating Frankincense oil. A good choice to help your skin repair and replenish itself overnight.
Peace Room & Linen Mist - lavender is well known for its ability to help induce sleep. This contains Carshalton Lavender Floral Water as well as lots of lovely Carshalton Lavender pure essential oil. Spray this around your bedroom and on your bed linen 30 minutes before you go to bed as you wind down.
