My practice is situated in a quiet location on the Wallington – Beddington border in Surrey.

It is specifically designed as a space for relaxation and holds a very peaceful atmosphere where you will feel ready to unwind, relax and enjoy your treatment from the minute you arrive.

Availability

I see clients on Fridays between 9am and 7pm and Saturdays with the last appointment commencing at 5pm.

 

Residential parking is available at my Wallington practice in nearby roads and the nearest public transport is by bus 410, 407 or 463.

Insurance & Experience

I am a member of the Complementary Health Professionals (CHP) and I have over 19 years’ experience in providing a variety of complementary therapies so you are in safe and experienced hands.

Mobile Appointments

Limited appointments are available in the comfort of your own home.

For all mobile appointments within a 5 mile radius please add £25 to the appointment cost per location (not per person).

This is to cover preparation and travelling time to and from your destination and petrol costs.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally and I am happy to honour your custom as follows:

If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled appointment that may mean it is inappropriate for you to receive aromatherapy or massage, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE arriving for your massage.

If you are pregnant at the time of your appointment, please let me know in advance.

48 hour cancellation notice is kindly requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

This allows the opportunity for someone else to make an appointment.

If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full cost of your treatment unless I am able to fill it with another client.

In the case of gift vouchers or prepaid sessions, you will forfeit 100% of your session.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect and consideration, please plan accordingly and do your best to arrive on time.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.

Regardless of the length of the session actually received, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Payment Options

Payment is preferred in cash or via online banking (details provided at time of booking).

Debit and credit card payments may incur an additional fee.
