Balance Room & Linen Mist 100ml
combines organic Rose Geranium, Bergamot & Rosewood to create a beautifully balancing spray for the mind and body

De-Stress Organic Aromatherapy Pulse Point Roll On 10ml
contains with Ylang Ylang to calm your nerves, stimulate your relaxation response, and Bergamot to lift your mood.  Apply to pulse points, wrists, neck and temples and let the essential oils absorb and work their magic.  Apply as often as needed.

Bergamot Pure & Organic Essential 10ml
Use in an oil burner to uplift your mind or blend with a carrier oil and add to your bath

Use Balance & De-Stress Set to help you relax and feel good in these 5 steps

STEP 1:  Apply De-Stress pulse point roll on to your wrists and temples.
STEP 2: Gently massage your temples for 1-2 minutes, clockwise and anticlockwise
STEP 3: Spray Balance Room & Linen Mist above your head
STEP 4: Take some long slow deep breaths in and out, inhaling this beautiful scent, trying to deepen your breathing a little further each time
STEP 5: Add a drop of Bergamot essential oil to your oil burner or diffuser to create a mood uplifting atmosphere
