The Citrus Boost set contains the following 3 x 10ml organic essential oils well know for their ability to create a positive atmosphere:

• Sweet Orange – joy in a bottle, perfect to evoke feelings of positivity
• Lemon – this fresh, zingy and vibrant scent will certainly lift your mood and help you focus
• Rose Geranium – a beautifully balancing oil for the mind and emotions and blends well with citrus oils

Use these in oil burners or diffusers or blend them with a base oil like Jojoba and and massage.

10ml / 2 teaspoons of Jojoba oil

2 drops Lemon 
2 drops Sweet Orange oil
1 drop Rose Geranium

Take time out for a feel good moment and massage into your feet.

Essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil before being applied to your skin.
