I love Just Be Natural’s Peace Room Linen Mist. I have trouble falling asleep and have tried various sleep sprays in the past, but didn’t feel they worked that well. I’ve been using this sleep spray for a few months now and can’t be without it – it’s amazing! I spray it on my pillow when I go to bed, but I’ve also started spraying it on the collar of my dressing gown so I can get the lovely lavender smell when I’m vegging on the sofa in the evenings. It definitely helps me feel more relaxed and sleepy. I’d definitely recommend it.
