STEP ONE: I send you an online consultation form to complete. It's 100% confidential.
STEP TWO: We have a 30 minute Zoom or telephone call where I go over your form with you and ask questions to get a feel for the background and cause of your symptoms.
STEP THREE: I formulate for you an organic massage oil blend (100 ml) and send it to you with clear instructions on how to use it and the ingredients.
STEP FOUR: I email you with suggested recommendations of practical steps you can take and self care practises and strategies you can easily do to help yourself feel better alongside using the oil. I may also send links to helpful videos if applicable.
STEP FIVE: I follow up with you one week later to see how you are doing and if you have any questions.
What is involved?
Bespoke oil blends and this kind of support are usually POA - price on application - because there are so many variables to take into account including:
- the length of time for your consultation
- research to create the best formulation for your unique symptoms - taking into account your mind, body and emotions. A 100% holistic view.
- the organic ingredients in your formulation
- the time it takes to make your oil, labeling, packaging and postage
- the information sheet to accompany it
How is the oil different to a standard sports / relaxing massage oil?
Many off-the-shelf massage oils only contain 1% essential oils. As a Clinical Aromatherapist I can blend in higher percentages where necessary. I also have access to a whole range of wonderful carrier oils that have anti-inflammatory, soothing, repairing properties. You won't just have a Sweet Almond or Grapeseed base oil.
This is a 100% bespoke massage oil that you can also use in your bath if you wish. Bespoke meaning it's individually tailored to your needs and requirements, taking into account your whole lifestyle, conditions, symptoms, and what you want it to achieve.
