Research Shows
Aromatherapy massage has some amazing overall health benefits. A 2005 preliminary study in into the Immunological and Psychological Benefits of Aromatherapy Massage revealed that it decreased anxiety significantly. The results suggested that aromatherapy massage is a "valuable relaxation technique for reducing anxiety and stress, and beneficial to the immune system".
