The Uplift and Calm set contains the following 3 x 10ml organic essential oils well know for their ability to create a positive atmosphere:
- Sweet Orange – joy in a bottle, perfect to evoke feelings of positivity
- Lemon – this fresh, zingy and vibrant scent will certainly lift your mood and help you focus
- Rose Geranium – a beautifully balancing oil for the mind and emotions and blends well with citrus oils
Use these in oil burners or diffusers or blend them with a base oil like Jojoba and and massage.
10ml / 2 teaspoons of Jojoba oil
3 drops Sweet Orange oil
1 drop Frankincense
1 drop Rose Geranium
Massage into your feet for a moment of uplifting calm.
